Ben Furlong continues:
“Our innovative approach in harnessing technology to create better processes for legal teams has clearly caught the attention of the judges. Much of our work supports clients in identifying the full extent of a person’s estate in bereavement or loss of mental capacity cases. All of our solutions are designed to free up time, ensure due diligence and improve outcomes, aiming to make estate administration as smooth as possible at what can be a difficult time.
Often first to market in delivering innovative technology, we are also backed by excellent customer service. Our development in the past 12 months is one of the best illustrations of how well we support the industry, growing our client base by 88% to over 1,800 professional firms operating across wills, probate, estate administration and estate planning. We’ve also successfully expanded into Scotland, with a dedicated Scottish account manager to look after clients in that region.
As well as introducing a range of new products, last year, we became ISO27001 certified and delivered hundreds of hours of CPD training. As one of the founders of the Vulnerable Banking Group, we also work with financial institutions, using our technology and expertise to help ensure vulnerable individuals are treated fairly. We are delighted that these award nominations recognise our continued commitment to helping provide better client outcomes, particularly for vulnerable individuals.”
